10/10 Ranch was established in 2022 by Cate and Alicia Kitay. The goal was to create a place open for everyone to ride, learn and enjoy horses.

Welcome to the Family
Cate Kitay
Cate is the barn manager and trainer of 10/10 Ranch. She specializes in hunter/jumpers and natural horsemanship, however has worked with a variety of trainers over the years, giving her experience with many different philosophies, methods, and disciplines of riding and training. Cate believes that every horse and person is unique, with their own learning styles and challenges. While they may have similarities, you have to figure out what works for each individual.
Alicia Kitay
Alicia spends her spare time helping out around the ranch with anything and everything that is needed, from fixing fences, mowing the lawn to doing anything IT related. During the day she works in animal welfare and loves to play with horses, and have a tendency to bring home critters that needs a home.
